*BLDC Hub Motor + Controller + Throttle Tester*
That’s the 3-in-1 tool most e-bike/scooter techs use to quickly check if the motor, controller, or throttle is dead without wiring up a full bike.
*What it tests*
– *BLDC Hub Motor*: Spins the motor directly using the hall sensor + phase wires. If it spins smoothly, your motor windings + halls are good.
– *Controller*: Checks if the controller is outputting correct hall/phase signals. You plug motor + throttle into the tester and it simulates throttle input.
– *Throttle*: Tests Hall-effect throttles 5V, GND, Signal. The tester shows voltage % as you twist.
Has: Motor 3-phase + 5 hall plugs, throttle 3-pin, controller 3-pin. LED indicators for hall sequence.
2. *LCD Version* – Shows RPM, voltage, hall error codes. Handy if you’re diagnosing intermittent cutouts.
3. *Pro Testers* – Can also test PAS sensors, brake cutoffs, and e-lock.
*How to use it, 30 sec version*
1. *Test Motor*: Plug motor hall + 3 phase wires into the tester. Flip switch → motor should spin. If it stutters/judders = bad hall sensor or shorted phase.
2. *Test Controller*: Plug controller hall + phase to tester. Plug throttle to tester. Twist → motor spins if controller is alive.
3. *Test Throttle*: Plug throttle only. LED bar or % changes 0%→100% as you twist. No change = dead throttle
